At CondoMart, we are committed to providing our customers with the best products and service. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer refunds under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Refunds:

Refunds are only applicable if the product is damaged or expired at the time of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, customer must notify us within 24 hours upon receiving the product, providing clear evidence of the damage or expiration (e.g, photos, packaging).

Conditions for Refunds:

The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
Products that have been opened or used cannot be refunded unless they meet the criteria mentioned above.

How to Request a Refund:

Contact our customer support team at customerservice@condomart.com.my with your order details and evidence of the damage or expired product.
Once your request is processed, we will guide you through the refund procedure.

Refund Process:

If your refund request is approved (7 working days), we will issue a full refund to your original method of payment.
