Delivery Policy

At CondoMart, we are dedicated to delivering your products quickly and efficiently. Below is our delivery policy for different types of products:

Grocery Items:

Grocery items are typically delivered within 2 working days from the time of order.

Delivery Hours:

Our grocery delivery service is available daily from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

In-store Items:

Delivery Timeframe:

In-store items are delivered much faster, typically within 30 minutes to 2 hours after your order is placed, depending on the delivery location and availability.

Delivery Hours:

In-store items are available for delivery during oue standard business hours.

Delivery Fees:

A flat RM 2 door step delivery fee will be applied to all orders.

Order Modifications & Cancellations:

You can modify or cancel your order within 15 minutes of placing it. After 15 minutes, the order will automatically be confirmed, and delivery fees will be charged.
Please make sure to contact us promptly if you wish to modify or cancel your order within the allowed time frame.

Delivery Areas:

We offer delivery to select areas. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your location, please contact our customer support team for confirmation.

Delivery Confirmation:

Once yout order has been confirmed and dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS notification with tracking details and an estimated delivery time.
